Speciellt framtagen för stamkvistning av Lärkar, Tallar, Granar såsom Poppel, Eukalyptus och Teakplanteringar.
Enkla tal och fakta visar på hur effektiv kvistningen blir. Om Ni som skogsbrukare eller entreprenör hittills vara glada ifall Ni stamkvistat fyra, eller vid ackordsarbete sex träd i timmen, så uppnår de som använder PATAS 30 till 50 träd i timmen i klassiska Europeiska skogar. I plantager 80 till 100 träd i timmen. Om man hittills stamkvistat upp till 8 meter, eftersom ansträngningen därefter blev oproportionerligt stor, tillåter advaligno PATAS vid enklaste hantering, stamkvistning upp till 12 alt 15 meter. Ser man maskinen i arbete, förstår man snabbt hur detta enorma effektivitetsförsprång uppnås. PATAS behöver för en komplett stamkvistning 8 till 10 sekunder och kör under denna tid både uppför och nedför stammen!
Kvisthuvudet uppnår den nödvändiga hastigheten med hjälp av hydrauliskt drivna gummiremmar, vid minimalt barktryck och maximalt fäste. Vid kontinuerligt arbete skär exakt beräknade knivar alla kvistar säkert från trädet. Hela systemet består av två moduler. En drivenhet som med hjälp av en adaptor för trepunktslyften, kan kopplas till vanliga mindre traktorer, och det beskrivna kvisthuvudet som arbetar utmed trädstammen. Vi har givetvis patenterat vår teknik.
Kan även användas som liten skördare
Det har glatt oss väldigt att yrkesverksamma inom skogsbruket gjort oss uppmärksamma på att vår PATAS har ytterligare ett användningsområde: Ni kan använda den som en liten skördare. Om Ni låter vår PATAS kvista de träd som är tänkta att fällas, utgår den tidskrävande, farliga och kostsamma kvistningen efter fällningen. Därmed är det irrelevant om Ni fäller trädet om en vecka eller om 20 år, de nedersta 12-15 metrarna är kvistfria. Det betyder att Ni i de allra flesta fall inte behöver det dyra skördararbetet eller den manuella kvistningen efter fällningen. Det spar tid och pengar.
